Bau, Tzong-ho (包宗和) is Vice President for Administrative Affairs and Professor, Department of Political Science at National Taiwan University. Bau earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Government at The University of Texas at Austin in 1986. His research interests include world politics, theory of international relations, foreign policy, decision-making, international conflicts, US foreign policy and diplomatic history, game theory, and cross-Strait relations. Bau’s publications in English include “A Comparison of Divided Nations：Germany, Korea and China” which appeared in the Chinese Political Science Review and “Peking's Diplomatic Strategies in a Changing World” in Issues and Studies.
