徐斯勤 Hsu, Szue-chin Philip


Hsu, Szue-chin Philip (徐斯勤) is Associate Professor of Political Science at National Taiwan University. Hsu earned his Ph.D from the University of Denver. His specializations include international relations, comparative politics, and the politics of mainland China. Hsu’s recent publications include “In Search of Public Accountability: The ‘Wenling Model’ inChina” which appeared in the Australian Journal of Public Administration, “Between Identity Quest and Risk Aversion: Lessons from the Chen Shui-bian Presidency for Maintaining Cross-Strait Stability” in the Journal of Contemporary Chinaand “Reappraising the Debate and Practice of U.S. Strategic Ambiguity/Clarity in Cross-Strait Relations” in the Pacific Review.
