Park, Chong-Min is professor of public administration and director of the Survey Research Center of the Institute of Governmental Studies at Korea University. He directs the Asian Barometer Survey in Korea and has published widely on political culture, values, democratization, and civil society in South Korea, and East and Southeast Asia.
